We perform precise metal cuts to produce parts used in electronic products manufacturing such as electrical contacts, RF shielding boxes, connectors, and more.
We support the customer from the part drawing process, and prototype production, to series production of any size and quantity.

Manufacturing Processes:
Our precision manufacturing processes include:
●    Laser Cutting Machines: Utilizing Amada machines from Japan and fiber laser cutters, we achieve precise cuts with maximum dimensions up to 1250x1250 mm.
●    Precision Tolerances: our cutting precision starts at 0.05 mm, for materials such as:
- Iron and steel: 0.15 mm to 10 mm thick
- Stainless steel: 0.15 mm to 6.0 mm
- Aluminum: up to 6.0 mm
- Copper: up to 3.0 mm
- Brass: up to 5.0 mm

Diverse Materials:
We handle a variety of materials including nickel silver and phosphor bronze. This diversity enhances our flexibility in design and final appearance, ensuring that we meet the unique needs of each project.

Customizable Finishing Options:
We offer a range of additional processing such as etching, bending, and protective coatings to ensure that the final products meet all aesthetic and functional demands.
