Cutting Dies

The advanced factory for cutting die manufacturing

A die is a tool used to alter the shape of metal by pressing in a press machine. In the die working process, raw material is fed into the die, and with each press of the machine, the material is stamped, and the finished product is ejected. Dies allow for the precise production of metallic parts in various shapes versatile for multiple industrial applications.

Die Construction Process:
Constructing a die is a process that requires precision and customization to meet the specific needs of the client. The process begins with the design and prototype stage, where an initial design of the die is created according to the required technical specifications. A prototype is then produced for examination and testing to ensure the die's functionality and design. Only after approval does the final die production commence.

Uses of Cutting Dies:
Simple cutting dies are primarily used to create two-dimensional shapes. They are used in stencils for cutting sheet metal and various types of metal plates using eccentric presses. The press force ranges from 5 tons to 80 tons, depending on the material thickness and the size of the product to be cut.

Variety of Materials:
Cutting dies are manufactured from multiple raw materials, including stainless steel, thin and black sheet metal, spring steels, phosphor bronze, beryllium copper, brass, and titanium.
A material is selected based on specific requirements such as properties and characteristics.

Logistical Solutions:
We provide customers with convenient and cost-effective solutions for producing intermediate quantities (several hundred units). Additionally, we are equipped for mass production using facilities such as automatic feeders (electronic and pneumatic), strip straighteners, and decoilers. Logistically, we manage the product up to the container loading stage for the customer's containers, facilitating direct export from our factory.
