Miniature Antennas for Mobile Phones
Miniature antennas are critical components in mobile phones, pivoting to ensure optimal reception and signal strength. These antennas are intricately designed and installed within the device to manage the reception functions essential for seamless communication and data transfer.
The item is made from nickel silver with a thickness of 0.15 mm. Zahavi Steels' facilities are prepared to manufacture miniature antennas in any thickness and from any raw material, according to the client's needs for the desired product.
Manufacturing Process:
The product parts are etched using a photo-chemical etching technology, where a thin metal sheet is etched by immersing it in acid. This technology primarily produces printed circuits and allows for highly detailed and high-resolution processed sheets.
Afterward, the parts are bent according to the antenna design and assembled onto plastic components. The assembly process includes thermal riveting.
Zahavi Steels' facilities are equipped to accompany the client from the design and prototype stages to the production of the desired product.
