Compression Springs
Compression springs are highly adaptable components that can effectively resist compressive force.
The force exerted can be precisely demanded and calculated based on the wire diameter, spring diameter, and the number of coils, ensuring optimal performance.
Compression springs are coiled to the right or left according to customer requirements and needs.
We manufacture compression springs in a wide range of sizes, from 0.1 mm to 12.0 mm in diameter.
Our factory has several automatic spring-making machines, CNC for continuous and mass production, and machines for production prototypes, allowing for the flexible production of small quantities and custom designs.
Compression springs are used in various industries in multiple forms:
● Open Ends: Standard springs without additional processing at the ends
● Closed Ends: Ends are closed for better stability and uniformity in action.
● Closed and Ground Ends: Provides a flat plane and reduces unevenness, increasing stability.
● Variable Pitch: Changes in pitch to control spring characteristics throughout its length.
● Conical Springs: Useful for applications where space is limited or to reduce solid height.
● Cartridge Springs: Designed for specific cavities or enclosures, often seen in automotive and industrial applications.
Materials and Manufacturing:
Springs are crafted from high-quality materials including:
● Spring steel (MUSIC WIRE): Commonly used due to its resilience and durability.
● Standards include DIN 17223 - EN10270 - ASTM A228
● Spring stainless steel: Known for its corrosion resistance, the Grades used are AISI 302 and 17-7PH.
● Phosphor Bronze: Excellent for electrical applications due to its conductivity.
Customizable Finishing Options:
● Spring steel: Options include coatings in white, yellow, and green as well as protective blackening options (Black Oxide or Black T), each coating is chosen to enhance the steel's corrosion resistance and durability.
● Spring stainless steel: Passivation per standard QQ-P-35 to remove surface contaminants and improve oxidation resistance.
