Carbon Holder for an Electric Motor - Sample Product

A carbon holder designed for an electric motor. This assembly is intended for a product in the electro-mechanical field and incorporates various materials and manufacturing processes. All were carried out at Zahavi Steels' facilities using either a precise and detailed drawing provided by the client or, as in this case, a sample left by the client.

Manufacturing Process - At the beginning of the process, brass parts are laser-cut and then bent into shape using bending dies prepared in our factory. Afterward, the parts are assembled and riveted together using copper and stainless-steel rivets.

Finally, a stainless-steel motor spring is mounted on the assembly. This spring is coiled in a helical shape and returns the assembly rotationally.

Zahavi Steels specializes in stamping parts and producing springs in any quantity.

We are equipped to support the client from the design and prototype stages to the production of the finished product.
